By (SDFC) is part of Sreenidhi Educational Group which also includes Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, Sreenidhi International School, KMR Foundation and Sreenidhi Sports Academy.
SDFC was founded on 1st January 2015 becoming a professional Football Club in May 2018, got its first accreditation with All India Football Federation (AIFF) in June 2019 and its currently playing All India Football Leagues for the age groups of U13, U15 & U18.
