Vineeta Singh, co-founder and CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics, initially offered ₹50 lakh for 5 percent equity, while Namita Thapar, executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd, proposed ₹20 lakh for one percent equity. Vineeta later revised her offer to ₹20 lakh for one percent equity, emphasizing the strategic value Hyperlab could gain from their partnership. Anupam Mittal, founder and CEO of Shaadi.com, provided valuable insights into financial sustainability, highlighting the importance of maintaining a healthy runway for growth. Namita Thapar also expressed willingness to connect Hyperlab with potential investors, emphasizing their support beyond the deal.
